End-User Annual Support And Maintenance
For Your Transportation Management System
Customer support is available (and recommended) for all BusBoss transportation management software programs. Our annual support and maintenance program includes the following:
- Free, unlimited, timely, toll-free telephone support for questions relating to your transportation management system procedures and operations (excludes data-related support)
- Free, unlimited and secure Internet support for remote software-user assistance
- On-site support, as well as any support that’s not related to software procedures and operations, is billed at a discounted rate per hour or at a flat daily rate to be billed monthly
- Free, 24-hour online training via the Internet at our e-training website
- Unlimited software updates and enhancements during the period of support using our support forum website
- Free Internet update training workshops as updates are released
- Map updates utilizing TomTom map data at no additional charge as the maps become available (please note: manual map modifications may be corrected when importing the map updates)
- Web-based field trip upload support
The first year fee for support and maintenance of your transportation management system is prorated based on the date of BusBoss installation. Customer software support is also available without an active paid support contract, billed on an hourly basis in 10-minute increments.
eBlvd Remote Connection
Whenever someone in your transportation department has a question regarding BusBoss, they may be inclined to call us directly for help. However, sometimes it’s more beneficial for both parties if we are able to connect remotely to your computer to assist your staff.
After the initial installation and training for your transportation management software, remote support is provided using our eBlvd service. This support is offered as part of the annual support contract at no additional charge.
BusBoss Support And Maintenance Forum
Registered BusBoss users are also provided with access to our Support Forum website. Here you may download updates and user guides, post discussion topics, submit suggestions and report support issues over the Internet. Responses are then posted from our own support staff within three hours of submission.
