Standard Data Conversion Sample File Layout
The table below shows a sample of the data that can be converted. The complete list of data needed and
structure will be provided upon purchase of the progam. Data can be in any of the following formats:
- ASCII comma delimited
- ASCII tab delimited
- Excel spreadsheet
- MS Word document
- Access database
A clear printed hardcopy report on a laser printer (not recommended) can also be
used if an electronic format is not available. If all the required information
is not available, provide the information you do have.
