iBusBoss^TM Internet Reporting

iBusBoss^TM is an Internet/Intranet add-on for the desktop version of BusBoss^TM. With iBusBoss^TM, an authorized user can securely view data and reports directly from BusBoss^TM on virtually any Internet/Intranet-enabled computer or smart phone. iBusBoss^TM contains a large selection of reports that can easily be displayed, printed, sorted and formatted to meet any users individual needs.

iBusBoss^TM is also the perfect solution for any organization that needs to have it’s transportation information available to anyone, anytime, anywhere. For example, if a student forgot their bus number any teacher, secretary, or even parent could easily open iBusBoss in their web browser (on their computer or Internet enabled smart phone) and retrieve that information for the student. Parents or staff can also enter an address or intersection and get nearby bus stop and routing information. This avoids unnecessary calls to the transportation department. iBusBoss^TM is available for a minimal one-time cost that includes remote installation.

iBusBoss^TM System Security

Security is built into the system. A user must have a user name and password to login to iBusBoss^TM. A system administrator can create an unlimited number of users. Users are then given access to the reports. Each user is assigned to a security mode as follows:

• All Access – user can view every report for every student in the system.
• By Bus – user can only access reports and student information assigned to the selected bus(ses).
• By Contractor – user can only access reports and student information assigned to the selected contractor(s).
• By School – user can only access reports and student information assigned to the selected school(s).
• By Driver – user can only access reports and student information assigned to the selected driver(s).
• By Reports – user can only access reports and student information assigned to the selected report(s).

Address Lookup (Private or Public)

School District Administrators can allow staff and parents the ability to lookup attendance and routing information based on a particular street address or intersection. This functionality can be made available to the Public using a web based query or Private for local access only.
